When a new Google review comes in, our AI writes a suggested reply for you. You open it in your dashboard, make any edits you want, then tap one button: “Copy & Open Google.” That copies the response to your clipboard and opens your Google reviews page in a new tab. Find the review, tap Reply, paste, and hit Send. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds.
Why do I have to paste it myself? Can't you post it automatically? +
Google requires a special verification process before any app can post replies on your behalf. We're in the process of getting that set up, but it takes time on Google's end. In the meantime, we made the copy-and-paste flow as easy as possible — one tap copies your response and takes you right to Google. Once we get the green light from Google, posting will become fully automatic at no extra cost.
